The Inside Man and the Foundation of Power: From the groundwork, the core of Alyasha/Kyuseishu is central to understand the man that is Kyuseishu working the way outward. The foundation has to set in and build the bridge that'll lead up the man he is known today. 

From the beginning, the core of Alyasha was installed into him by his father Yachazy'al. His background is like most fathers coming from the Fourth House of the Kuro Clan. He was raised as a warrior, trained and conditioned to be the perfect warrior in all aspects of life. Like most men of the fourth house, they did not hinder themselves to the battlefields of the world but the mind as well. Each warrior would make sure their minds were just as sharp as their blades on the battlefield and Alyasha's father was no exception. Yachazy'al was always a different man of the sort, an eccentric of the sort. Yachazy'al saw the infrastructure of his clan and his family personally on a different playing field. The fighting style that had given strength to their clans centuries ago must not only be restrained to two aspects: Both body and mind. The spirit must also become powerful as well. He wasn't trying to do something new but return their house back to its former glory. But the house's mind was still arrogant and did not wish for their teachings to change. If Yachazy'al couldn't implement this into his brothers then he'll do it with his sons. Yachazy'al would eventually raise three sons: Alyasha, Dany'al, and Mashah. From there, he taught his sons the importance of the three in one concept. The body is weak without the mind, the mind is powerless without the spirit and the spirit is nothing without the body. Perhaps it was the way he taught it that made these three brothers leaders among the giant clan. 

From the beginning, his mind was crafted to be a powerful leader. He was crafted by his father to not only lead people but to lead his life accordingly and with no masters. Alyasha was set at a young age to be the rock that most people seek out whenever they call for a leader. He's always been strong, even among his two brothers, his strength always shone from the early recesses of his life to the man who is called "Kyuseishu".  

His two brothers will tell anyone that Alyasha is the embodiment of power. Throughout their entire lives, the three brothers would fight over dominance and Alyasha was the one who conquered. Knowing he can conqueror his own two brothers, who are strong in their own way, he always felt he could conquer anything and everything. With his brothers, he had different tact for domination. He understood that each person is different and each undertaking of this dominance has taught him to be tactful. Over the course of his life he learn to be smart on his feet, learned when to take the challenge and when to retreat for another day. He learn what risks to take and how to manage each risk. He has failed much in this battle of wits but experience molded him into the impressive man that he is today. Alyasha understands that the mind is just as deadly a battlefield as any type of warfare. The difference is that mind warfare leaves more scars and if you don't learn early to heal them up then you'll die. 

He can mask this trait well. As a young teen, this power aura use to influence much of his actions and made him out be a power hungry individual who would turn into a tyrant. Alyasha understood that many people in this world can also fear this trait. Many think that if one has this personality then they are either swoon by power. Such was the case of many clansmen in the Kuro clan and was usually discourage. Alyasha did not want this part of him to die. In his eyes, this trait is the foundation. It makes him who he is. The thought of replacing this want for power and dominance into something else was indeed foreign and to . Alyasha understood that this power-hungry trait had to be release into some other venue. 

A man who charms: The game of seduction didn't seem like the venue a man who built his entire soul for warfare but Alyasha say this in a different light. Most see the game of seduction as a way to get to either the different sex or the same sex. Alyasha, always being fond of the women, saw the challenge of seducing enticing but always focused his time and energy towards political power and influence over the seduction game. But nevertheless he found himself being a natural. He learned that he had the ability to coax his words with mystery, never giving too much away at the first meeting and always seeming to be far off and enigmatic. He understood that if he did too much mystery then the woman of interest would not seek him out. He had to have the perfect balance and he learned this all well at the first two tries. Other than his immediate family and a few close associates, Alyasha has always been quick. Too quick for the likes of him. It only takes him one or two tries for him before he shows understanding then mastery. He reached the point where many women found his enigmatic self tantalizing to the point where they were trying to find out more about him. Once they were ensnared he could do whatever he want with them. Even today, this particular art is just an extension of his almost limitless arsenal of mental warfare tactics. This seduction he can use not just on his women but men too. If he wants to seduce people to be on his side then he can do so. If he can use his words to turn people against each other he can. He can use his skills to raise up an army or destroy a nation. But this did not lessen the power hungry individual. It only made him hungrier. As he was getting closer to his late teens to his early twenties he felt the increasing pull of wanting to have more power. 

A man who seeks: Knowledge is the fuel that nourishes the mind. As one who has sought the true mastery of the body, it is only natural for him to be able to have true mastery of the mind. It would not be unlikely for any one of his brothers to see him in the catacombs for his forefathers in the off regions of Kaze no Kuni where there are ancient scrolls laid among the dead. It was neither strange for his family to see him also in the libraries studying the ancient text of the emperors of the Kuro empire, their scholars writing down all esoteric languages and verses of their times. From the looks of him, no one would assume he was the reading type much less a historian. But many are surprise to know that he has extensive knowledge of shinobi history, the history of his great ancestor Alyasha the sage, the formation of The Creed, the foundation of Shantakai and its first leader. He knows the deep history of the clans of all the major countries plus the clans that are non-existent today. It is this extensive knowledge that makes him a powerful asset not only in the village he resides today but the organization he works for. Alyasha is nothing short of a book with a rich history. 

The Outside Man: Alyasha doesn't suffer from the breaking of the three faces: The man who he sees, the man in which he wants people to view and the man people see. At an early age, he has learned to combined these three faces into one and the face that people usually see is that masculinity. Many people say it is the King personality, the type A, the one that is confident, the one that is aggressive when need be, the one where people look when they are in need of a leader. He exhibits this trait for the purpose of giving people the show they want.

He doesn't show his aggression too often. For the most part, he is the 'strong, silent' type.  Usually his aggression is shown in battle where the strong and silent type almost amplifies. He becomes a blank slate, a man who cannot be read through the face only through actions. There are the rarest times where the high of the adrenaline makes him want to laugh and shout. The excitement of balancing oneself on the verge of life and death excites him. When blood begins to spill from his body, the high of dying entices him, almost the point of sexual pleasure. He has only experienced this when he fought Kurayami, Heiki, the second Shantakai leader and his second brother Dany'al. 
He is secretive by nature, only seen by the most elite of men. Even among the elite, he is somewhat of a person who is rarely trusted. Alyasha puts people of such eliteness on edge whenever he knows a secret. On the one hand, he has information that could either make a person of power rise up or break that person down to nothing. As said, he is a person who loves power and will do whatever it is necessary to gather more whether to better himself, better someone of interest or to break them down.
