Council's Laws

As all cities, the City of New Haven is bound by laws created and enforced by it's governing council. One should do their best to follow these rules. "To invoke the wrath of the High Council causes dire consequences." For the sake of fairness and a fun Role playing environment please read and follow the rules listed within.
